Sketch and Blog Hop

When I saw this sketch at Techno Stamper I just loved it.
So I just had to have a play, here is my manly take on it using the Well Worn DSP and my favourite Sail Away stamp.

Alors j'ai decidé de jouer avec, voilà ma carte masculine faite avec les papiers Usé Abusé et mon tampon préféré Sail Away.

May Class

I forgot to show you the cards that we made at my May class, these are three of them. I will show you the 4th one next time.
The theme was Bright cards, so we used most of the colours from
Stampin' Up!'s Brights Collection

J'ai oublié de vous montrer les projets que nous avons fait lore de ma classe du mois de mai, ce sont trois d'entre eux. Je vous montrerai le 4ème la prochaine fois.
Le thème était des cartes très colorées, nous avons donc utilisé les coloris de la collection Brillants chez Stampin' Up!

Summer Sailing

I've been having a look round my favourite challenge sites recently
and this card was inspired by two differents challenges.
The sketch is from Try Stampin' On Tuesdays and
the colours are from Colour Q Colour Challenge #90.

More Challenges

I hope that you are enjoying all the cards I've posted this weekend,
I'm making up for having had such a quiet week.

This card is again for 2 challenges, the first is the sketch from A La Card Monkey
for a man card. And the second is from My Create Ink ColorLab
where the colours this week are
Baja Breeze, Soft Suede and Crumb Cake.

Cette carte en est une autre pour 2 défis, le premier est sur le blog de A La Card Monkey

Sailing Away....If Only !!

Today's card was inspired by all the wonderful sailing boats we saw on holiday last week. On our many walks around the Presqu'île de Giens in the South of France we saw so many boats on the sparkly sea. (Photos to follow on Scrapbook Sunday.)
I used the sketch from Create with Mary and Connie. I would like to thank the ladies for choosing one of my cards in their Top 3 a couple of weeks ago. I very much appreciated it.

La carte d'aujourd'hui est inspirée par tous les bateaux que nous avons vu en vacances la semaine dernière. Lors de nos promenades sur la Presqu'île de Giens nous avons vu pleins de petits bateaux sur la mer scintillante. (Les photos à suivre sur Scrapbook Sunday.)
J'ai utilisé le sketch sur le blog de Create with Mary and Connie. Je veux remercier les dames pour avoir choisi une de mes cartes dans leurs 3 favorites il y 15 jours. J'ai beaucoup apprécié.

Simply Stampin' Challenge

I started my Saturday morning as I usually do, by browsing the internet looking at the various challenges that have been set for the week. This week I found quite a few that I have liked and I will try and do as many as I can. But I loved this sketch set by the Simply Stampin' Challenge.
So using the fab Sail Away stamp this is my version of their sketch.

J'ai commencé mon samedi comme d'habitude en surfant sur l'internet pour voir les sites des défis et voir tout ce qu'ils ont mis à essayer cette semaine. Cette semaine j'ai trouvé pas mal qui m'a plu et je vais tenter le plus possible. J'ai commencé par le défi sur le blog de Simply Stampin' Challenge.
En prenant le tampon Sail Away, voilà la carte que j'ai fait.

Sail Away with me !!

I've loved all the other cards I've seen on everyone's blogs using this stamp, so I just had to have a shot myself. It's such an easy stamp to use and you can buy it on it own for just 12.95 euros.
The first card has now been sent to my father-in-law for his birthday and as a keen sailor I'm sure he will love it.
In the second card I've gone to town with the new Glass Glitter from SU! using the Baja Breeze and Silver for the sparkling sea.

J'ai beaucoup aimé toutes les autres cartes que j'ai vu sur les différents blogs que je regarde, alors je voulais essayer d'utiliser ce tampon moi-même. C'est un tampon qui est super facile à utiliser et un des tampons que l'on peut acheter à l'unité pour seulement 12.95 euros.
La première carte est en ce moment à la poste pour l'anniversaire de mon beau-père et comme il est est un marin amateur il va l'adorer.

Sur la deuxième carte j'ai bien utilisé les nouveaux Paillettes de SU! en coloris Bleu Balkans et Argentée pour faire la mer scintillante.
