February Class

I was so busy last week that I didn't get round to showing you the cards that we made at my last class. The theme was Men and Boys and I think that the cards were a good mix for all age ranges.
A big thank you to all the lovely ladies that attended. We had a fab afternoon making cards, chatting and drinking tea and coffee.

If you would like to join us then the class dates are marked down the right hand side.
Next month we will be making some Easter card candy and a little treat bag for chocolate lovers.

J'ai été tellement prise la semaine dernière que je ne vous ai pas encore montré les cartes que nous avons fait lors du cours collectif du mois de février. Le thème était 'Hommes et Garçons' et je pense que le mélange de cartes correspondait bien à tous âges.
Un grand merci à toutes les dames qui sont venues. Nous avons passé un très bel après-midi ensemble en faisant des cartes, papotant et buvant du thé et du café.


Si vous voulez nous rejoindre les dates pour les prochains cours sont noteé à droite.

Le mois prochain nous allons faire des 'Card Candy' (Cartes Douceurs ou Bonbons pour les cartes) et un petit sac douceurs à remplir de chocolat.

Challenges Galore !!!!

Surprise Challenge Entry

I wasn't planning in entering any challenges this week,
but this card I did at the weekend was just perfect for
SUO Challenges
which this week is focusing of the Stampin' Around Wheels.
A thought that I'd had as well !!!
So in this card it's the background that has been run over with
the Texture Large Wheel, before I accented with the Bliss SAB set
and the layered with the Funky Four mushrooms.



Ce n'était pas mon intention de faire des challenges cette semaine, mais cette carte que j'ai fait ce weekend était parfait pour le challenges sur
SUO Challenges
qui cette semaine attire l'attention sur les roues Stampin' Around.
Une pensée que j'ai eu aussi!!!
Alors c'est le fond de cette carte qui a été fait avec la roué maxi 'Texture', après j'ai mis quelques accents avec le set Bliss de la SAB avant de mettre des champignons du set Funky Four.

Love Is In The Air

Valentine's Day is not too far off now. So I thought it was time for some loved up cards.
I decided that my base card for both cards would be Basic Grey and then with the aide of the 'Color Coach' I teamed it up with Melon Mambo and Old Olive in the first card and with Pumpkin Pie and Real Red in the second one.

Le jour de la Saint Valentin s'approche. Alors j'ai pensé aux cartes pleines d'amour.
J'ai décidé de commencer avec une carte de base en Gris Souris et puis avec l'aide du 'Nuancier Color Coach' j'ai fait la première carte avec Melon Mambo et Vert Olive et ensuite Tarte au Potiron et Rouge-Rouge sur la seconde.

SALE-A-BRATION Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the In Love With Stamping Sale-A-Bration blog hop.
If you have arrived from Sara's blog then weren't her projects gorgeous !!
Thank you to Pat (Cupcake) for organising us all.

As well as using the Sale-A-Bration stamps set I decided to make all my cards using different folds that I found while trawling the internet !!

In the top card I've used the Punch Bunch set and the Brights collection for the colours.

Next I've used the So Happy For You set along with Neutrals/Subtles and Elegant Soirée DSP.

Then it's Sweet Summer (and sentiment from So Happy For You) using the In Colors.

And finally, I've used Bliss with So Saffron, Regal Rose and Eary Expresso with the Nursery Suite Specialty DSP. (This card is also entered into Stamping Royalty Challenge # 55, which is 'Wings'.)

Remember that you can earn any of these sets when you spend 60 Euros in the Catalogue until the end of February.

En plus d'utiliser des tampons de la Sale-A-Bration j'ai décidé de plier toutes mes cartes. J'ai trouvé des modèles en surfant sur le web.

Sur la première carte j'ai utilisé le set Perfo à Gogo que j'ai associé avec des coloris brillants.

Ensuite je me suis servie du set Heureuse Pour Toi avec des Neutres/Subtils et le papier Design Arabesque de Douceur.

Et puis c'est Sweet Summer (avec un petit sentiment du se Heureuse Pour Toi) avec les nouveaux In Colors.

Et finalement, c'est Joie que j'ai fait avec Tellement Safran, Rose Régal et Couleur Café avec les papiers Enfantillages Spécialités. (J'ai mis cette carte dans le challenge #55 sur le blog de Stamping Royalty.)
