Tins Galore

 

 It was our first Craft Class back after the holidays and we made these great scrapbooks in a tin.

I used the Beyond the Garden papers to show off all my summer Alpine flower photos.

 C'était notre première classe Creatif après les vacances et nous avons fait ces albums dans une boîte.

J'ai utilisé les papiers Jardin Liberty pour montrer toutes mes photos de fleurs alpines d'été.

Tout d'abord Sabina qui ont utilisé les magnifiques papiers Anniv' En Fête

 Then Melanie, who had her photos all ready and finished her album off using the

 Beyond the Garden papers too.

 Puis, Mélanie, qui avait ses photos toutes prêtes et a terminé son album en utilisant

 les papiers Jardin Libery aussi.

Scrapbook Sunday #115

This set of photos were taken in the boys bedroom at our old flat.

I was laughing with Graham after I had made this page, as on the top left photo, where he is in his bouncy swing, I was explaining that we used to put a tall mirror in front of him so he thought that someone was always with him.

Je riais avec Graham après avoir fait cette page, que sur la photo en haut à gauche, où il est en son swing rebondissant, j'expliquais que nous avons utilisé un grand miroir en face de lui, afin qu'il pensait que quelqu'un était toujours avec lui.

Spooky Cats

All out Halloween today !!

 I used to love this evening when I was young and also when the boys were younger 

and could get all dressed up.

My mum used to make us the most amazing costumes.

These two cards use the new single stamp Frightening Feline which I heat embossed in black and white. A great stamp at only 10.95 Euros

J'adorais ce soir quand j'étais jeune et aussi quand les garçons étaient plus jeunes et se diguisés.
Ma maman nous faisait les costumes les plus étonnants.

Postcard Challenge Week 37

 We continue our trip round the world by postcards with Darcy in Greece this week.

Nous continuons notre tour du monde en cartes postales avec Darcy en Grèce cette semaine.

Tim is back on his feet, ha ha, that could be a little joke too, as my postcard this week is of a shoe. These shoes are called tsarouhi

and are part of the traditional uniform worn by guards

Tim revient sur ses pieds, ha, ha, cela pourrait être une petite blague aussi, ma carte postale de cette semaine est d'une chaussure. Ces chaussures sont appelées tsarouhi
et font partie de l'uniforme traditionnel porté par les gardes.

Autumnal Birthday

These new papers in the Autumn/Winter catalogue are advertised as Halloween papers, but I love to try using them out on different projects to show you that they aren't just for the 'spooky day'.

The colours are very autumnal, More Mustard, Tangerine Tango, Basic Grey,Very Vanilla and of course Basic Black.

Ces nouveaux papiers dans le catalogue automne / hiver sont annoncés comme étant des papiers d'Halloween, mais j'aime essayer de les utiliser sur différents projets pour vous montrer que ce ne sont pas juste pour le "jour de fantasmagorique».

Les couleurs sont très automnale, Moutarde Fort, Tango mandarine, Gris Souris, Très Vanille et bien sûr Noir nu.

Snowflake Christmas

If I am honest with you (and I always am !!), I was heartbroken when I found out Serene Snowflakes was retiring, and it has already sold out.

But it didn't last long !!!

I think I may love this new set from the Autumn/Winter Catalogue even more, is that possible ??

Yes it is, Snowflake Soirée is even more beautiful and detailed for clean, crisp stamping.

Here I have used Real Red (with matching Satin Ribbon), Marina Mist and Summer Starfruit.

Summer Strarfruit is one of the new 2012/2014 In Colors and I think it is almost golden once stamped, perfect for Christmas.

Si je suis honnête avec vous (et je le suis toujours!), J'ai eu le cœur brisé quand j'ai découvert Snowflakes Serene prenait sa retraite, et il a déjà sold out.

Mais cela n'a pas duré longtemps!

Je pense que j'aime ce nouvel ensemble du catalogue automne / hiver encore plus, est-ce que c'est possible?

Oui, Une Belle Histoire est encore plus beau et détaillé pour une estampillage claires et nettes
Ici, j'ai utilisé Rouge Rouge (avec un ruban de satin assorti), Murmure Marin et Carambole Caracole.

Carambole Caracole est l'une des nouvelles 2012/2014 In Colors et je pense qu'il est presque doré une fois estampé, parfait pour Noël.

Sunny Challenges #58

Sunny Challenges have a challenge of a sketch and colours of Black and White this week.

So I have used the wonderful Vintage Vogue stamp set, which is another that will be retiring at the end of the month.

I embossed the Friends stamp with black embossing powder and cut it out before layering onto a new Big Shot die. I also used the fun new shaped templates for paper piercing.

Sunny Challenges ont un défid'un sketchet les couleursdu noir et blanccette semaine.

J'ai donc utilisé le set merveilleux Vintage Vogue qui est un autre qui prendra sa retraite à la fin du mois.

J'ai embossé à chaud le tampon Friends avec la poudre à embosser noire et ensuite j'ai découpé avant la superposition sur une nouvelle poinçon pour le Big Shot. J'ai aussi utilisé les nouveaux modèles amusants pour percer le papier.
